1336 Therapy offers a wide variety of services all from the comfort of your couch, a cozy coffee shop, or on a walk and talk at the local park. Whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy, life coaching, clinical supervision, or clinical consultation, 1336 Therapy provides a compassionate therapeutic space that allows you or your loved one to show up authentically and receive support.

Individual therapy for children, teens, and adults located within Colorado who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation, attachment disruptions, relationship or parenting challenges, identity exploration, or school disruptions in response to complex life circumstances.

Geared towards former clients who have moved out of state or new clients who are interested in connecting outside of the online platform. Coaching provides geographic flexibility and allows for creativity in connection.

Clinical consultation captures a wide array of services. Are you a parent who is looking for particular guidance on how to best advocate for your child in regards to school support, 504s, or Individual Education Plans? Do you need someone to point you in the right direction on how to handle a sensitive family matter or give guidance of the type of supports you should be seeking and how to find them? Or, maybe you are an organization who needs the expertise of a clinician on a new project or impact report? Think of Clinical Consultation as your answer to the “I wish I had a professional to point me in the right direction” thought. I’m here and I would love to help. And, if I am not sure I can, I’ll be honest and tell you…and then help you find someone who can!
